Dinner with friends, tomorrow the Alamo

Jan and Norm

It was an exciting day for us. For only the second time in our travels we had visitors from afar to our little home away from home.

Jan and Norm drove all the way from Northern California to join us here in San Antonio and they joined us for a steak dinner here at our trailer. We had fun catching up on each other’s family and then watched a pretty good Super Bowl game, which New York eventually won.

Tomorrow we will meet Jan and Norm at the Alamo and do a little touring in downtown San Antonio.

This was the kind of trip and event we dreamed about when we purchased the trailer four years ago. A chance to meet and tour wonderful places with old friends.
